“Capuliato” Dried Cherry in oil IGP – 210 g


The capuliato (or chopped) of dried cherry tomato IGP is obtained by grinding the dried fruit. It is a typical preparation of Sicilian tradition, and the product, even if processed, keeps all the sweetness of the tomato as if it was just picked up. Excellent for its colorful presentation on canapés or toasted bread; it is recommended to use it to emphasize the flavor of soups, creams and stews.

Together with basil, garlic and olive oil, you can obtain capuliato in oil.

Suggestions for use: suitable for seasoning appetizers, first and second courses, croutons, aperitifs etc.
